Mr. Wang Yiyang, Diretor General of Guangdong Provincial Department of culture and Tourism, met Ms.Shanika Dissanayake,CG of Consulate General of Sri Lanka in Guangzhou in December 2018. According to Ms.Shanika Dissanayake:" I will come back to Sri Lanka soon,thanks for the great support from Guangdong Provincial Department of culture and Tourism these three years. I hope that Guangdong and Sri Lanka always keeps good relationship on tourism and cultural cooperation". This August, CITIE 2019 is promoting Lonely Planet Top Destination Sri Lanka with Guangdong.
